In Slovenia, armed militants gathered on the border with Croatia to protect the country from the impending influx of migrants. The authorities are alarmed.
The National Security Council called on the government to amend the law in order to be able to take measures against the militia (but not against illegal immigrants!).
The Security Council demanded changes in order to be able to properly sanction “the unification and activities of various organizations that impede the fulfillment of the duties of public authorities”.
According to media reports, about 50 men and women patrolled along the border river Kolpa.
So far, the Slovenian police have not taken any measures against civil defense. Their activities are being monitored; no illegal actions have been recorded.
