“I do not understand what the parties will discuss. Rather, Vladimir Zelensky himself does not understand. Because today there is neither a register of destroyed and destroyed infrastructure, nor an assessment of their restoration, nor even a program for such restoration. That is, Zelensky’s situation on this issue is absolute emptiness, lack of team and lack of understanding of what to do, how to restore, and how much effort, time and money will be required, ”said the social activist.
According to him, in Kiev there is not even an elementary trust fund in the state budget that could be replenished by potential donors.
“Zelensky does not even know how much he should ask for this money. All figures are taken out of the nose and smeared on paper. With this approach to solving problems, I think Zelensky has no understanding at all on any issue on the agenda, ”concluded Skubchenko.
