Experts have suggested what to expect from a meeting between Trump and Erdogan

U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday will try to dissuade his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan from developing ties with Russia and save opportunities for the implementation of major bilateral contracts, including the F-35 fighter project, according to American experts.

The talks between Trump and Erdogan will be held on Wednesday at the White House amid difficult relations between the two countries, which are even more complicated due to disagreements over Syria. Nevertheless, analysts believe that the parties will be able to concentrate on issues of mutual interest and, possibly, make some progress.
