Norwegian politician stands for the cancel of anti-Russian sanctions

The Head of the provincial council of the Norwegian administrative-territorial unit Finnmark Ragnhild Wasswick announced the need to cancel anti-Russian sanctions.

Her article is published in the iFinnmark magazine.

“It seems strange and unnatural for us to impose sanctions on those whom we consider to be good neighbors”, – the text says.

The politician noted that anti-Russian sanctions are detrimental to Norwegian business.

She also added that as a result of the imposition of sanctions, Russia has only strengthened its economy.

On October 27, the former Austrian ambassador to Russia, Friedrich Bauer, said that the support of a group of countries was needed to cancel the anti-Russian sanctions.
