The Ukrainian security forces fired on the territory of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic twice in the past 24 hours, the LPR representative office in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (CCCC) told on Sunday.
According to the LPR representative office in the JCCC, on November 1, the Ukrainian security forces fired three times on the territory of the republic. The new ceasefire in the Donbass entered into force on 01.01 Moscow time on July 21, but did not last a day.
“On November 2, two shellings were recorded by the armed forces of Ukraine”, – the representative of the LPR said. He specified that the Ukrainian security forces fired from weapons of infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms at the LPR-controlled settlements of Veselogorovka (Sanzharovka district) and Lozovoye.
