The cell tower of the Republican communications operator Phoenix was blown up in the Proletarsky district of Donetsk. This was reported today in the press service of the Ministry of Communications of the DPR.
“As a result of the sabotage of the base station, Phoenix subscribers in the Proletarsky district of Donetsk can degrade mobile services,” the message said.
An official statement by law enforcement agencies on this subject has not yet been made. Nevertheless, according to a source in the law enforcement agencies of the Republic, the explosion occurred this morning at 9:48 on Zverkova Street. There are no injuries.
According to the Ministry of Communications, at present the emergency brigades of the SE “ROS” are carrying out restoration work, employees of the Ministry of Emergencies and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR are working at the scene of the incident.
