Five children were killed, one was injured in a bomb blast in Faryab province in northern Afghanistan, 1TV reported citing officials.
A statement by the 209th Shahin military corps said the bomb was planted by Taliban militants. It is noted that the explosion occurred at a time when the children were playing.
