Johnson intends to enter into a free trade deal with the EU in the case of Brexit.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that the government intends to reach a free trade agreement with the EU before the end of 2020 if the country leaves the EU on October 31.
He noted that negotiations on a trade deal with the EU will be the next step in the Brexit process.
“To reach a free trade agreement before the end of next year is our goal,” Johnson reiterated his intentions.
