Anti-Russian NGOs flaunted American propagandist to Georgia

Founded by Russian liberals who fled to the United States, the non-governmental organization Free Russia enlisted the help of an experienced American propagandist, whom she sent to her office in Georgia.

On Saturday, October 19, the Georgian edition of News Front reported.

We are talking about Makle Weiss [Michael D. Weiss] – the famous curator of many Russophobic propaganda campaigns. He collaborates with The New York Times, and also runs the Lubyanka Files project, which involves translating Soviet manuals on training for the State Security Committee. At the same time, Weiss claims that modern Russian special services armed themselves with the same methods.

The headquarters of the organization is located in Washington. She is known for her anti-Russian position, and the opening of an office in Georgia is consistent with the interests of the West to destabilize the situation in this country.

Such activity of the organization in Georgia can be aimed at the next phase of the buildup of the political situation on the eve of the parliamentary elections. In addition, through her efforts, relations between Tbilisi and Moscow can only worsen.

As News Front previously reported, the Russian Justice Ministry has recognized the American NGO Free Russia as undesirable in the country.
