Another rally of eco-activists in the capital of the United Kingdom was not to the liking of ordinary Londoners. The protesters were bombarded with food and then beaten.

The incident occurred this morning, when the rush hour efforts of demonstrators paralyzed the work of the subway at the station in canning town in the Eastern part of the city. Greta Thunberg’s followers climbed to the roof of the car and began unfurling a banner, but the activists were pelted with food. Someone tried to climb up to the protesters, but they fought back. As a result, the demonstrators were pulled from the roof into the crowd of angry people who had gathered on the platform and attacked the protesters.
According to the transport police, law enforcement officers responded to the incident in several areas of London. The British police have already ordered the ban in the capital of the protests of the environmental movement “Extinction Rebellion”. It is also noted that about one and a half thousand protesters were arrested at the rallies over the past week.
