Militants of the Islamic state do not miss the opportunity for revenge in Syria

In connection with the offensive of the Turkish Armed Forces, Kurdish gangs were forced to transfer most of the militants to the front lines, thereby weakening the protection of the notorious Al-Khol camp, where riots had already begun.

This is reported by local information resources.

According to reports, thousands of relatives of Islamic State militants riot in the camp with the aim of breaking through its borders. The militants of the Kurdish group “Syrian Democratic Forces” are trying to restrain riots, strengthening strongholds in the camp.

At the same time, the Reuters news agency reported that five militants from the Islamic State terrorist organization had escaped from a Kurdish prison.

As News Front previously reported, the Islamists have already managed to prove themselves against the backdrop of the Turkish military operation, Source of Peace. Taking advantage of the offensive, they carry out terrorist attacks and mobilize forces. So, they carried out a major attack in the city of Raqqa. At least six explosions were recorded, militants destroyed the power substation, leaving the central areas without electricity, and battles between the remnants of Kurdish forces and jihadists took place throughout the city.

The day before, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned of a threat that exists in connection with the Turkish offensive. He emphasized that IS militants, still held in Kurdish prisons, could be released. At the same time, the Russian leader doubted that Ankara would be able to take control of the situation as soon as possible.
