Zelensky instructs to simplify movement of goods in Donbass

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky instructed the government to consider simplifying the procedure for moving citizens and goods across the demarcation line in Donbass.

This is stated in decree No. 738, published on the president’s website.

“The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should immediately take measures to study the issue of simplifying the entry of people, moving goods,” the decree says.

Also, the Ukrainian Cabinet is required to organize the provision of medical assistance, assistance in the movement of persons with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of people at the entry and exit points where control measures are implemented in the region.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadim Pristayko said that the Kiev authorities will restore the payment of pensions to residents of Donbass.
