The US administration on results of the verification of correspondence of military aid to Ukraine to interests of the USA initiated by Donald Trump reviewed the financial volume not in favor of Kiev.
Clark Cooper, the Assistant Secretary of State for military and political issues, told about this decision on Thursday, 12th September.
According to his words, the administration of President has already sent a corresponding notification to the Congress.
«We have sent an official notification concerning our bills, according to which the financial support of Ukraine in the sphere of safety will be implemented», – he said.
He also specified that the sum will be reduced from 250 million dollars to 140 million dollars.
