First Deputy Head of the Russian Federation Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Titov has led negotiations with the new Ambassador of Ireland to Russia, Brian McElduff. They discussed the state and prospects of bilateral relations, reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry department.
The ambassador handed the copies of his credentials over.
“During the conversation, the current state and prospects of Russian-Irish relations were discussed. The parties confirmed their commitment to further strengthening of bilateral cooperation, including in the trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres,” the diplomatic website reported.
