Turkey sent military equpment to Syrian border

Turkey deployed a column of armored vehicles to the Syrian border. It was reported on Monday, August 26 by CNN Turk.

The equipment was sent to the area of ​​the Turkish-American Joint Operations Center.

It left the command territory of the 20th Armored Brigade in Sanliurfa and then proceeded to the Third Border Troops Command on the border with Syria in the Akchakale region.

The purposes of the troop`s deployment are unknown. However, the Turkish command has been steadily increasing the amount  of them on the Syrian border in recent months.
