Several civilians were killed in an attack that occurred in the eastern Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor.

According to media reports, unidentified people shot the car and then fled the scene of the crime on a motorcycle. As a result of the attack, several civilians were injured or died. The exact number of victims is not specified.
The Islamic State has already claimed responsibility for the attack.
