Syrian army resumes military operations in Hama and Idlib

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) resumed military operations in Hama and Idlib on Monday, after accusing militants of breaking the conditions of a tenuous ceasefire declared on Thursday. Footage filmed around 30 km (18.6 miles) northwest of Hama near Abu Ubaydah on Monday shows clouds of smoke rising after shelling the last major militant stronghold in Khan Shaykun. Other villages in the area were also targeted, reports say.
