Yemen’s Houthi militants have launched multiple drone and missile attacks against targets in southern Saudi Arabia in recent months, prompting the Saudi military and its coalition allies to regularly deploy air defences to intercept the explosive-laden projectiles.
Yemeni drones have carried out attacks on Najran Regional Airport, the King Khalid Air Base and the Abha international Airport in south-western Saudi Arabia, Houthi armed forces spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Saree has announced, as reported by Iran’s PressTV.
