The Russophobic campaign of the Georgian opposition drove the “Georgian Airways” airline into a crisis situation.
The decision of Moscow following the anti-Russian actions to stop the air traffic between Georgia and Russia forced the company to return about 80 percent of the tickets already sold, according to the statement of the press service of the air carrier.
“In addition, the number of people willing to buy tickets has drastically reduced, due to which the airline suffered a total of approximately $ 25 million in damage,” the communiqué says.
