Syria: At least six killed in Aleppo rocket attack

At least six people were killed and many more injured in multiple rockets explosions in Aleppo on Sunday, according to the state news agency SANA. The projectiles were reportedly fired from the neighbourhoods of New Aleppo and Manyan.

Footage shows the aftermath of the attack and some of the injured being treated at Aleppo University Hospital. It was not yet clear who was behind the attack.

“All the injured are civilians. At the moment we have eight injured,” said Dr Maher al-Araaj, head of Aleppo University Hospital.
