Syrian troops fight for the liberation of settlements in Hama

At least 51 soldiers of the Syrian army and militia and 45 Islamists died on Friday during clashes in the province of Hama.

According to local sources, the Syrian soldiers launched more attacks since dawn with the support of the Russian contingent in order to liberate the settlements of Jabin and Tell-Miles, which were controlled by Islamist groups earlier this month.

The terrorists fired rockets at Syrian soldiers, and they also managed to hit the Syrian army’s aircraft with a MANPADS missile. Meanwhile, 45 Islamists were killed in clashes, as well as in air and artillery attacks from the Syrian army and the Russian Aerospace Forces.

The Syrian attack aircraft caused almost 200 air strikes, more than 900 missiles were fired at these settlements and adjacent areas.
