Plahotniuc withdrawed the entire presidium of the Moldovan Democratic Party

The fate of the oligarch Vladimir Plahotniuc, who decided to leave the post in the Democratic Party of Moldova, was shared by the entire leadership of the political formation.

Such a statement was made by the former Prime Minister of the Republic, Pavel Filip, following a meeting of the party’s political council.

He said that most of the time the leadership of the PDM discussed the mistakes made and further prospects, and ultimately, after Vladimir Plahotniuc, who left the post of party leader, the vice-chairmen and the general secretary left.

On July 27, the Democratic Party is waiting for an extraordinary congress, during which a new leadership and even a new ideological program will be elected. At the same time, the pro-Western course of the Democratic Party does not plan to change.
