The death toll in the armed conflict in Tripoli and the surrounding area has risen to 562, including 40 civilians, said the World Health Organization in Libya on Twitter.
It said 2,855 people have been wounded, of whom 106 are civilians.
It said two health workers were among the victims last week, killed while traveling in ambulances.
