“Last week I was fortunate enough to attend the 5th anniversary of independence in the DPR. I became part of various humanitarian projects, visited an orphanage, Donetsk Technical University and Donetsk National University. We donated 23 kg of Lego toys, 50,000 rubles and 110 euros to children house.
Together with the German professor Henning Zoz, we discussed the importance of deepening cooperation with universities and agreed on further measures in this direction.
We also discussed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR the opening of a representative office of the DPR in Berlin. Opening is scheduled for August / September.
In Donetsk, I also talked with the governor of Crimea, Mr. Aksenov and Yuri Gempel, about the situation in Crimea. It also agreed to deepen cooperation.
At the end of the visit, Natalia Nikonorova awarded me with the Order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR on international cooperation. “
