The UK PM is expected to announce the date for the third Meaningful Vote on her Brexit deal, with rumours circulating it will take place on 20 March, just before the Spring European Council on Thursday.
Theresa May’s spokesman confirmed on Monday that for a meaningful vote to happen the government would have to set that vote in process at the close of business the day before.Whatever the outcome of the third Meaningful Vote, Theresa May will travel to Brussels on Thursday to attend the European Union Council, where the EU leaders will meet to discuss Brexit among other issues.
