Parliament Rule Last Used in 1943 Could Block Third Vote on May’s Brexit Deal

Third time may be a charm, when it comes to the possibility of the UK PM bringing back her yet again revised Brexit deal for a parliamentary vote. However, the man in charge of the House of Commons may see to that never happening.
Theresa May’s Withdrawal Agreement was defeated in the UK Parliament twice now, on 15 January and most recently, following its revision by the government, on 12 March.
