By supporting Western policy of pressure on Moscow, Warsaw clearly did not take into account what consequences would impose the introduction of restrictive measures against the Russian Federation. Now Poland has to endure a serious trade imbalance, because it buys in Russia much more than supplies in return, stated in the material publication “Strefa Biznesu”.
According to media reports, the situation is becoming more and more sad, and businessmen are forced to sound the alarm. For example, last year Poland shipped products to Russia for only $4.6 billion. At the same time, the country purchased Russian goods worth $15 billion.
It is also noteworthy that, despite the ardent Russophobic position of Warsaw, during the year Russia broke the record, increasing exports by 48%. Entrepreneurs have already appealed to the Polish government to correct the situation.
