The anti-Russian policy of the authorities in Moldova, which has been built over the years, will collapse when the Democratic Party of the oligarch Vladimir Plakhotnyuk successfully loses the parliamentary elections.
The representative of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova, Bogdan Tsyrdia, spoke about this on Wednesday, February 6, during a press conference.
According to him, the socialists will certainly send to the scrap all regulatory and legal acts of the pro-Western authorities, which served to worsen relations with Russia.
“After the parliamentary elections, the Socialist Party will stop anti-Russian activities. We will repeal the law on anti-Russian propaganda, a new law on the functioning of languages will be approved. We will do our utmost to strengthen cooperation with Russia and the EEU, ”he said, adding that in the history of Moldova there had not yet been such Russophobic policies pursued by the Democratic Party.
Thus, the pro-Western authorities banned Moldovan officials from participating in CIS summits, blocked the work of the Moldovan-Russian intergovernmental commission and the inter-parliamentary friendship group, Tsyrdia recalled.
