Hague court “accidently” destroys NATO materials that “justified” operation in Republika Srpska

THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS – JULY 23: View of the International Criminal Court as Dutch prosecuters consider a war crimes investigation of the Malaysia Airlines crash July 23, 2014 in The Hague, The Netherlands. Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was travelling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it crashed killing all 298 on board including 80 children. The aircraft was allegedly shot down by a missile and investigations continue over the perpetrators of the attack.

Hague court, as a result of a “technical error”, key materials were destroyed in the Marcal bombing case in Sarajevo, which, along with Srebrenica, was the reason for the NATO attack on the Republika Srpska in 1995. This was reported to the Belgrade newspaper Vechernye Novosti, by lawyer Branko Lukic from the defense team of General Ratko Mladić at the Hague Tribunal.

“Mine remains are the only material evidence of Markal destroyed in The Hague. In the secretariat where they were stored, two stabilizers from shells that the court claims are fired from the Serb standpoint are broken. The mines received complicated defenses and can no longer be evidence of at a time when the Serbian side planned to use them to refute the thesis, they were allegedly guilty of these crimes, ”Novosti reports.

“Two mines were secured to the Hague, one allegedly 1994, the second in 1995. By the nature of the deformation, one can conclude where they were fired from. It cannot be so easily changed, except to damage the stabilizer with a special key,” said Branko Lukic.

According to him, the holes that are on the stabilizers are now different from those that were photographed in the funnels on the market Markale in the nineties.

“When it became clear that they were entangled in their own manipulations, and that we can scientifically prove that the Serbs are innocent of these attacks, they have corrupted the stabilizers,” the defender explained.

According to the Belgrade edition, it speaks of the systematic destruction of all evidence that goes against the line adopted by the tribunal. So, the journalists remind that the materials about the “yellow house” in Kosovo and Metohija, from where the illegal trade in human organs came from, disappeared earlier.

Explosions with the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the city of Sarajevo, occurred in 1994 and 1995. In all, more than a hundred people were killed, and nearly 300 were injured. In Bosnia, the blame for the incident was laid on the Serbs; international organizations could not draw concrete conclusions.

NATO’s “Thoughtful Force” operation – the bombardment of the positions of Bosnian Serbs – took place from August 30 to September 20, 1995, the second explosion in the market Marcal was the formal reason.
