The police detained six radicals of the extreme left after charging the anti-leftist demonstrators ” fascist ” protesting against an act of Vox in Zaragoza Spain.
A demonstration called by various groups and in which some 300 people have participated against the act that Vox celebrated this Thursday in the Auditorium of Zaragoza, has been settled with a police charge in the walk of Fernand the Catholic and the detention of six people.
The rally took place shortly before the start, at 8:00 pm, of the Vox meeting with the participation of national leaders of that formation, among them the president, Santiago Abascal, and José Antonio Ortega Lara. The Mozart hall of the Auditorium, with a capacity for some 2,500 people, has been completely filled.
The protesters have chanted slogans such as “Zaragoza, antifascist”, “outside fascists of our neighborhoods”, “outside Vox de Aragón”, “against fascism, not a step back”, as well as throwing objects and songs against the police.
Due to these incidents, the tram service has been interrupted between Gran Vía and La Romareda and six people have been arrested.
A group of protesters has moved to the university campus, where they have thrown pieces of tiles and other objects to police officers, who have responded with rubber balls.
They have also burned at least two containers and several bags of garbage, which has led to the intervention of firefighters.
Last week a Vox information table in Zaragoza was attacked with eggs and excrement and one of the participants was slightly injured. The party reported the facts in a police station.
