About 150 US military and 10 armored vehicles left the Rumeilan base in the Syrian province of Hasek.
The Rumeilan base was established by the US military at the site of an agricultural airfield. The main objective of the base is to supply the Kurdish military formations.
Rumeilan is one of eight bases in areas controlled by Syrian Kurds. In the same area is one of the centers of the oil refining industry of Syria.
