Vucic about Kosovo and Interpol: Serbia strengthened its position

The self-proclaimed “Republic of Kosovo” did not receive even a simple majority of votes to be accepted into Interpol, not to mention the 2/3 needed for this, confirmed Serbian President Alexander Vucic at an urgent press conference.

Recall, earlier it became known that this international police organization did not accept Kosovo as an independent participant.

“On the one hand, this suggests that Serbia has strengthened its position, but, on the other, we should not indulge in euphoria,” Vucic said.

He added that he was proud of the successful struggle of his country.

Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said he initially knew that the result would be exactly that.

“I told the Kosovo delegation this way; don’t disgrace, stop,” the Foreign Minister opened to journalists.
