Serbian President Alexander Vučić said that in a month or two, open military exercises will be held in the country to show the public the capabilities of the Serbian army. The head of state also confirmed that Belgrade will continue to purchase arms.
“This is our internal question, how many weapons do we have,” Vučić said.
At the same time, he added that there is no question of Serbia attacking anyone or participating in wars with a negative role for itself.
“Serbia is the only country in the region where no member of the state leadership expressed a desire to join NATO, the only country that does not want to join NATO, but wants to maintain military neutrality, and for this we need a strong army capable of repelling an attack by any aggressor “, said Alexander Vucic.
