Main theses:
– in December 1986 the rocket was shipped by the manufacturer to the 223rd anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Carpathian Military District in Terebovlya.
– After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the brigade became part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where it still remains as the 223rd anti-aircraft missile brigade based in the city of Stryi, Lviv region.
– the rocket was not transferred to the territory of the Russian Federation.
– in the summer of 2014, units of 223rd anti-aircraft missile brigade participated in ATO.
The key arguments of the Russian side are the numbers of missile assemblies presented this year by the Dutch, which made it possible to establish its fate by the factory documentation.
All the rest – the analysis of falsification of video recordings and decoding of conversation – is also interesting, but of secondary importance.
Now Ukrainians will have to prove that the rocket has nothing to do with them, and was either previously transferred to the Russian Federation, or captured in the Crimea, or captured in the Donbass.
The most interesting here is the analysis of the 223rd anti-aircraft missile brigade’s documentation, and if suddenly it turns out that there are no such documents, then it will be hard to them.
If Ukraine does not cope with this proof, the investigation team will have to ignore everything told and shown.
If, in general, everything is already clear with the missile that shot down the civil Boeing, then the role of the 156 anti-aircraft missile regiment is quite interesting as well, which obviously also “led” the goal and whose commanders, most likely, are also complicit in the crime.
“On July 17, the commander of the 156th anti-aircraft missile regiment was instructed to conduct combat training to cover the grouping of troops in the suburbs of Donetsk – deploy divisions, complete the posting of targets and execute the entire algorithm for tracking and destroying targets with a Buk-M1 missile”, say messages of 2014.
Among the convincing evidence that Ukraine was not only involved in the crash of the Malaysian Boeing, but also exerted pressure on the investigation of the MH17, the Russian MoD presented to journalists an audio recording of conversations of Ukrainian military forces that took place in 2016 in the Odessa region – with decoding.
On the record, it can be clearly heard how one of them advises another to threaten “to knock down another Malaysian Boeing.”
