Russia observes the latent desire of the United States to withdraw the terrorist group “Jabhat Al-Nusra” from being hit in Syria, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
He recalled that Russia, when solving problems in Aleppo, Eastern Ghouta, always provided humanitarian corridors and made efforts to conclude a truce with a treaty capable of opposition.
“When the coalition that the Americans created, took Raqqa, and even earlier in Iraq took the city of Mosul, which was occupied by the ISIS, there were no humanitarian corridors, there was no effort to agree with someone about concluding a local truce and to avoid unnecessary victims… ” Lavrov said, commenting on the message of US President Donald Trump on Twitter, in which he warned Russia about the need to avoid humanitarian disasters in Syria.
