The general secretary of the Russian-led military Alliance, Yuri Khachaturov, was accused today under the same article as Robert Kocharyan, ex-President of Armenia, namely Article 300.1 of the criminal code of Armenia, for overturning constitutional order.
The Special Investigate Service has issued an arrest warrant for Khachaturov, and the court will discus it at 6PM today.
The court is also discussing the potential arrest of Kocharyan.
