UK: Salisbury residents react to developments in Novichok case

Salisbury residents shared their thoughts on the latest developments in the alleged Novichok poisoning case, after an inquest was opened into the death of Dawn Sturgess, on Thursday.

“I’ll be pleased if they find somebody because we seem to be accusing the Russians without any apparent evidence or really seeing what the motive was, and had that been wrong, it would have caused a huge amount of international tension, if you’d like, for no reason at all,” said Jim.

“If it turns out it is the Russian and we can prove it, it kind of, at least, sets that right and I wouldn’t say it solves anything, but it kind of resolves something a bit,” he added.
