According to former Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller, no one is interested in unleashing the Third World War – neither Russia nor NATO.Miller stresses that the attack of the Russian Armed Forces on the Baltic countries is impossible precisely for this reason, and this is well understood in the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance. In addition, according to the politician, Russia has no reason to invade Poland, where there are no useful resources, no suffering Russian minority and, moreover, territorial disagreements. Unfortunately, Miller notes, this does not prevent the local media from aggravating the situation, exposing Russia as an “aggressor”.The former prime minister believes that if Poland wants to feel “safe”, let NATO continue to expand in Eastern Europe: “If it helps to add confidence that it will be safer for Poland, that NATO will be safer, then there are no problems.”
