Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg have publicly expressed agreement on their desire to see Georgia accession to NATO
“The people of Georgia do deserve a fast forward to the NATO Alliance,” Margvelashvili said during a press release at NATO summit in Brussels.
Stoltenberg confirms that NATO fully supports Georgia plan to join NATO. According to the secretary, NATO leaders are ‘united’ in their approval of membership.
