Stoltenberg: NATOs door is open to Macedonia

 

Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev commented on his country’s future as a NATO member while giving a press conference alongside NATO’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels on Friday.

Our approach that brought together a strong political will, an honest dialogue, and preparedness for solutions, has recently brought us more joyful news and decisions. Our homework remains, but now on our road we really have something to unite around and to jointly say, yes to our future, yes to Macedonia’s future, let us be strong for us, for our country, and for the future of our next generations.
