Police were seen cordoning off area near the medical office building in Aliso Viejo, Southern Carolina following a deadly explosion that is reportedly being investigated as an intentional act, footage filmed on Wednesday shows.
The explosion rocked Aliso Viejo on Tuesday night, killing one and injuring at least three people.
An explosive device has not been found, according to reports.
