Poll: Socialists are leading in Moldova’s capital

If this Sunday there were elections for the post of Chisinau mayor general, Ion Cheban, a candidate from the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova, would have taken the first place. This is evidenced by the results of a survey of public opinion, which was presented on May 7.

According to the results of the sociological survey, as of May 2, two weeks before the upcoming elections, the largest number of those who decided on the choice would have casted their vote for Cheban – 35.2%.

Silvia Radu stands on the second place with 34.6%. Andrew Nestase is on the third place with 16.8%.
