Rally in commemoration of May 2 Odessa events took place in the Hague

A group of activists gathered on Sunday in one of The Hague squares to pay tribute to the victims of the tragedy in Odessa on May 2, 2014. They called for an independent investigation of the incident and bringing the perpetrators to justice.

“It has become a certain sacred custom for us to commemorate the events in Odessa and the victims of the current inhuman and anti-popular government in Ukraine every year. It is our moral duty not to forget people and not to let the public forget that the blood of these fallen is not yet redeemed and that the circumstances of their death are not investigated”, the organizer of the event, Dmitry Pisarev, said.

The event was attended by a direct participant of those events, Oleg Musika, who also drew attention to the fact that after four years this crime wasn’t solved and the perpetrators were not punished.
