Dialogue between the Prime Minister of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and the leader of the movement “My step” Nikol Pashinyan broke during the meeting. Sargsyan has reportedly said that he “hardly understands” how negotioations can take place in such atmosphere
Pashinyan responded that there had been “some misunderstanding” and he’s here “not to negotiate, but to accept your resignation”
The head of government described Pashinyan’s words as blackmail, noting that he and his supporters do not realize the danger of the situation, and the tragic events of March 1, 2008 did not teach them anything.
“In these conditions, I can only advise you to act within the law. If not, then all further responsibility will fall on them, “- warned the Prime Minister.
“The power in Armenia needs to belong to people” Pashinyan said.
