High Representative of the European Union Federica Mogherini shed light on the key issues to be discussed in Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Luxembourg on Monday.
According to Mogherini, the Syrian crisis would be overshadowing everything as the council will try to seek out a diplomatic resolution after the US-led airstrikes.
Today’s talks are also expected to tackle relations with Russia and potential new punitive measures against Iran.
