Emergency services have been called to the Harpurhey shopping centre in the north of the city. Six people are believed to have been hit by the vehicle.

All six victims have been taken to hospital with “major trauma” injuries.Four have been taken to Salford Royal and two to Manchester Royal Infirmary.
