Clashes erupted between Israeli forces and protesters in Hebron in Friday, after the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) shot and killed a disabled 24-year-old Palestinian man Mohammed Zain al-Jabari.
Protesters faced off with occupation forces following the news of the death of the 24-year-old, hurling rocks and burned objects at them.
On Friday evening hundreds attended Jabari’s funeral procession from Al-Hussein mosque to the cemetery of martyrs in the Sheikh neighbourhood of the city.
According to the Ministry of Health, Jabari was shot in the chest by Israeli forces during clashes in Hebron city on Friday and succumbed to his wounds later in hospital.
