The North Korean delegation boarded their private jet bound for Pyongyang at Incheon international airport in Seoul on Sunday, concluding their visit to their southern neighbours.
Among the guests for the three-day trip was leader Kim Jong-un’s sister Kim Yo-jong, North Korea’s nominal head of state Kim Yong-nam and the minister responsible for peaceful reunification Ri Son Gwon.
The delegation had been invited to South Korea as part of efforts at reconciliation for the Winter Olympics 2018.
