A small group of pro-Assange protesters gathered outside Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London, Tuesday, after the court allegedly upheld its arrest warrant against the WikiLeaks co-founder.
Protesters carried banners reading “Assange free passage” and “Don’t shoot the messenger, free Assange.”
Assange took to twitter to deny news claiming the court’s ruling was final, tweeting that, “The hearing is still on right now. We only lost the first of four points. I was never charged. My asylum was over US extradition and Sweden dropped its so-called ‘preliminary investigation’ a year ago.”
