Protesters took to the streets of Kiev, Sunday, to demand that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko resign from his post.
The rally, referred to as ‘March for the Future’, was organised by Movement of New Forces, the party founded by Mikheil Saakashvili, the former President of Georgia and Governor of Odessa. He slammed the Ukrainian president, alleging: “while the Ukrainians were dying, the supreme commander-in-chief escaped, disappeared under a false passport and sat out [the conflict]. He spat on our soldiers, he spat on Ukraine, spat on each one of you.”
